With TurboMuin you don't need to specify wheel size because you are on direct Drive whithout rear wheel.
Use 12
After you can adjust the belt tension at 2 Nm to configure the good Power

For turbomuin with Misuro b+ you need 12 and not 10.
And perhaps, you may change the cr32 pile button by a new one (mine with New MisuroB+ was bad).
