Zwift released an update on 25th Jan including: "Fixed a bug that could cause some users to be unable to pair Bluetooth devices" so make sure you have updated your Zwift app.

I had this happen with my Drivo II today.I solved it by setting the wheel size at the very end of the Drivo II configuration (after extra Power Meter/Cadence and the HR sensor questions) to 2096 and NOT to 611 (2096/3.43). Could it be a similar problem for your Suito 2? I.e use 2096 not 84 = 2096/24...
