I have noticed the same behaviour on Zwift and Rouvy and I'm curious to understand it : - when the incline reaches 8%, the Direto starts to make some noise like if something is trying to slow the flywheel. This might not be an issue but still is surprising - in parallel I believe the ERG mode starts...

I asked customer support the same question this morning and was told that I should receive vouchers by email after registering my trainer... If I dont receive anything it means I dont have access to these.

Does anyone have by chance a Rouvy voucher they do not use?

Finally I ended up using the thru axle adapters and my thru axle skewer and it works fine
