I purchased an Elite Novo Smart Trainer from Halfords here in the UK and when i connect to the e- training app it configures the Qubo Digital Smart B+ trainer. Have I been ripped off

Hi. I purchased an Elite Novo Smart Turbo Trainer and when I try to redeem my voucher I get : Coupon activation not possible
