I assume the training app tries to find your critical HR. I've done the test several times and it keeps raising until your HR reached a certain pace and then it goes down again.

Hello, unfortunately I was also on the search for such a function but this is only available from the "training test", which is kind of a short 20 min HR/FTP test. From there you need to click the share function and from that menu you can find training creation. I hope that solves your que...

Hey everyone,

I just got myself a Suito-T and I don't want to use it solely, my girlfriend also wants to use it.
Is there a way besides using two different apps, to have both of us using the my-elite app? We have totally different physique beside our common height.
