Tonight I had an other strange thing with my test: when my phase 3 started I almost contiously get the red mark downwards to limit my speed although my target HR wasn't reached. It seemed he wanted me to achieve my start HR. Conclusion is a not reliable trainingstest. Could someone explain this? To...
