Re: App question
Today I found that at 50rpm, the direto xr can not simulate more than 300W approx. I tried to simulate 17-20% gradients and over 14% the power does not change anymore increasing the slope. It sticks at 300w Thats sad as i bought it being advertised as being able >20%, up to 24% I think. But it cant ...

Map course - resolution of gradient change
Hi I tried to create a map course from gpx, later by klm, and found it disappointing that the distance for gradient change is quite high - some hundred meters of constant gradient. However the track I tried to create has ramps up to 20% for 50, 100m lenght only. Naturally, those gradient peaks are s...

Create Training plan from ftp
Hi How can I create a daily trainingsplan out of a done ftp test? And how can I recreate daily plans out of done fitness test in the past? I once was able to create daily plan right after i did a fitness test, but i dont find an option to recreate out of past fitness/ftp data, or right out after ftp...

Re: Firmware 078
Imo a json update is different to a firmware update. You upload it also a diffetent way.
Maybe firmware is true code and json just parameter.
I got a json update and it works better now.

Fast sudden powerdrop with slightly higher cadence
Hi When I go for a target watt, i get stable say with lets say 75rpm and this watt after some time, lets say 170W. Now when I slighly accelerate from this more or less steady state, which raises watt of course a bit, the xr is regulating back the resistance quite fast and too much, so I end up with ...

Direto & Zwift workout: speed mismatch
Hello Made a zwift workout first time. There were paths with 6% slope and I moved quite slow in zwift with say, 12-14km/h. But to get the ~200W on the direto I had to use a high gear, else I would not be able to get this wattage. So on the direto I was spinning with ~40kmh "real", in zwift...

Re: App question
Thx for explanation. Does resistance then follows a linear behaviour or is it a drag like exponentiell one? Is it possible in a watt / time controlled training to see, according to current speed and watt, the corresponding inclination? Say as example, if I do 100W at 10kmh it would output 5% as info...

App question
Hi I started with this app and have a questoon (maybe more in future) When i choose simple training time/power, i can change speed on my direto, and the direto tries to adapt to keep say 100W constant. But when I accelerate to over ~ >35km/h, the resistance stays constant and the Watt raise. Why doe...
