You should disable "use trainer control" on the watch and let Humango push the workout directly to the Direto XRT Pips NYT, or re-export the workout in a Garmin-compatible format to avoid the max resistance spike.

Hi! As of now, firmware 87 is the latest for Direto XR. Virtual shifting can be a bit hit-or-miss,Poor Bunny Game depending on the platform—Zwift supports it, but Rouvy might not yet fully recognize the click-and-play controllers.

You can try re-syncing the course files via the software’s “Recalculate Alignment” or similar feature, and if that fails, Slope Game roll back to a previous stable version or contact Elite support for a compatibility fix.

I was able to apply the temporary fix successfully on my Direto X using an Android phone. After reaching out to Elite support, they sent me the JSON file within a day. I used the Upgrado app on Android, Crazy Cattle 3D followed the steps they provided, and the update went through without any issues.
