Re: Cadence: really wrong
The cadence is incorrect because you have a smooth pedaling style so take that as a complement. The trainer cannot sense enough of a power/speed increase when your legs are pushing down. I also have this problem and my Assioma Duo pedals report that I have a torque effectiveness of more than 90% bec...

Re: Auto Calibration
Elite - when can we expect this to be added? The Direto XR is now no longer an acceptable trainer for racing on some platforms because the calibration can be manipulated by dragging on the wheel during calibration. Your competitors have already implemented this feature on mid-range devices, not just...

Re: Race mode 10 Hz update
Come on Elite. Tell us when this is on the way. You will lose market share if you don't implement it as your competitors already have and it is a big factor in deciding which trainer to buy now.

Re: direto x hardest ressistance
Take the small cover off the left hand side. When you power it on does the motor rotate the screw and move the magnet tray at all? Is there a noise? Use MyETraining to change the resistance level between 1 and 16. Does the magnet tray move?

Re: Resistance simulation unrealistically high? (Direto XR)
Take the small cover off on the left. The one exposing the magnets and see if either of them has moved in the carrier and is dragging on the flywheel. For some reason the top one on mine had moved out and was being chewed by the flywheel. I undid the locking screw and rotated the adjuster to screw t...

Trainer Intensity / Virtual Gearing
How about adding a feature to your trainers (Direto XR for me) which would apply a scaling factor to any slope commands sent to a trainer? I race on Rouvy and they only allow 100% so for races with really steep slopes I have to change my chainrings and cassette. If the MyETraining app had a slider f...

Re: Justo cadence problem
I find that if I pedal at a high cadence and low power then I also get cadence values half the value they should be. I am a time trialist with a very smooth pedalling style so the trainer algorithm cannot detect any pulses of power correctly. I now have a cadence sensor using the cadence bridge func...

Auto Calibration
My Direto XR-T is no longer on the list of approved devices for the MyWhoosh Sunday Race Club from 2024. I was told that this is because it does not auto calibrate whilst in use and so it is open to abuse for instance by holding a brush against the exposed wheel to give an artificially low spindown ...
