LOW POWER / BASSA POTENZA / POTENCIA BAIXA

Dear,

I have a roller Elite novo and them, suddenly, without editions in configuration starts to register low power. No matter how I pedal he continues to register 40-50 watts. I already changed zwift to rouvy but didnt work.

Could Elite help me? or someone who had the same problem?
