Could you tell me of any retailers that sell the Elite Cadence Sensor Kit? I want to buy it but the Elite shop is very expensive shipping to Australia (shipping is 3x the price of the product). If the calibration is down (the calibration test numbers is less than the number written on the trainer) will it affect the difficulty and/or power reading? I have the same problem, all good until I took the bike off and put it back on the trainer today... since then power readings have been crazy high and all over the place (900-4000w).
Were you actually told what the problem was? Were there any checks they asked you do do?

On zwift do you have the difficulty setting at 50% (default) or 100%.... Basically Zwift defaults to 50%, therefore an 8% climb is 4% (at 50%), and the same for downhills. Note that you still need the same power to go up at the same speed, it just feels like a lesser gradient. They have reasons whey...
