Direto connection problems

Postby mikeswatson@aol.com » Wed Dec 15, 2021 6:25 pm

Recently bought a Direto and it was very awkward to get the Cadence and Power sensors connected. Tried Bluetooth and Ant via a dongle and eventually managed to get them seen. Worked great with my iPhone and Windows tablet. But now the trainer is recognised and the HR strap too, both via Ant, yet it will not find the cadence and power meter. I have tried everything. Off and on, restart. Uninstall and re-install but now the trainer won't get recognised on either iPhone via bluetooth or Windows via Ant or bluetooth.
Is this now just a faulty trainer?

Hi

Do you have external cadence and power sensors?
Because that option is uded only for external sensors.
If you simply want to see the data sent by the trainer, you don't have to pair them.
