Elite Justo Auto power off

I'm wondering why this trainer do not power off automatically since there is a bluetooth connection. I'm using this trainer with my iPhone and also with my apple tv. When I turn off the apple tv, the bluetooth connection is still there, the blue light on the trainer is solid. Same with iPhone. This needs 2 watts totally useless. Is there a possibility to say auto power off after 30min if not using the trainer?
