Suits Elite not recognizing serial number for redeeming coupon

I can not enter the serial code on bottom of trainer. It says it is not recognized. Error E1005. I have experience similar problems in the past and I think it might be caused by someone opening the box,accessing the code and using it. Is this the case?

- trainer model
- trainer serial number
- error received

We will check the data and unlock the subscription

Error E1005 typically indicates that the serial code entered is not recognized by the system. While it's possible that someone may have accessed the code and used it in the past, there could be other reasons for this error as well.
