Qubo Fluid trainer+Garmin GSC 10+Garmin HR

Postby city_ct » Thu Feb 15, 2018 9:22 am

I have A Qubo Fluid Trainer, Garmin Cadence /Speed Bike Sensor (GSC 10), Garmin HR Strap and Andriod Smartphone Sony Xperia Z5 premium Dual. Are these components compatible to work on MY E-Training Application. If not, please advice of the minimum requirements to make it successful utilizing the equipment I have.

Hi

Your Z5 Dual supports both the ant+ and bluetooth smart communication.
So, you should be able to connect to your Garmin sensors, that seems to be ant+.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I have now "My E-Training" Application on my smartphone and succeeded to configure the Trainer and both the Garmin HR monitor and Garmin GSC 10 through the Ant+ and got their codes saved on the application parameters. (Cadence and Speed sensors got the same code)
When I selected the "Trainings" then "Level Mode" then "Start", I started pedaling but non of the sensors were recognized and no data transferred. Please advice of the procedures to solve this problem knowing that I didn't purchase the annual subscription yet as I wanted to make sure that the equipment I have will work with the application.

I see that you're already in contact with our customer care to solve the issue.
Go on with the assistance with the technician there and then, if you'd like, share the results here

Regards
