I connected my Garmin 820 Explorer today to my Elite Turbo Muin Smart Trainer with ease. After cycling for a few seconds it became clear the readings were very inaccurate. Average speed 47.3km/h and a top speed of 235.1km/h. I wish I was capable of such greatness but I know I'm not and it's very wrong. Can anybody suggest what the problem might be?
Thanks

Re: Connecting Muin Smart Trainer to Garmin 820
Hi
You have to set the proper circumference value on your Garmin, considering the internal ratio of the trainer.
If your Turbo Muin has a serial number higher than 30000, as I think, you have to insert a value equal to your real wheel circumference divided by 13.2 (for example, if you have a 2100mm circumference wheel, you have to insert 159mm in your Garmin).
Please notice that not all the Garmin models allow to insert a so low circumference value.
If it is your case, contact Garmin directly about this topic.
