Morning, I'm trying to link my PC via myetraining to my new trainer using ANT+.

When setting up I can select mt trainer but it isnt recognising the unit to sync.

I suppose that you do have connected a usb ant+ dongle to the pc, correct?

First things to do:

1) check if the ant+ dongle is properly recognized by the pc; open windows device manager and verify that it is not recognized as an unknown device - otherwise try installing manually the driver (you can find them here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=15jys_ ... fmACnhac3h)

2) check if you have any software that can "occupy" the ant dongle at startup (for example, Garmin Express or ant agent). If you have them, you can uninstall them or disable them or kill the process in Task Manager before running our software)
