My speed on zwift is wrong

I got my Elite Smart + trainer today and tried Zwift for the first time.
I ride with a speed of for example 6km/h on a 6% road were it normally do that in 24km/h. When i speed up. The km/h goes down instead of up?

Speed is in y opinion totally wrong. Is it possible to reset or do something.

It was my first ride on the new Smar+ but im dissapointed. What can I do to solve the problem?
How do i know speed is okay?

Consider that Zwift calculate a virtual speed basing on power value.

If you use my e-training instead, all is working properly? Power and speed seems correct?
Do a level mode training and check if resistance varies properly or not.
If not, contact us at myetraining@elite-it.com.
If all works properly with our app, probably it's due to a wrong configuration in Zwift (contact them in this case)
