Old RealTour ANT+

Hi,
I have an old RealTour Ant+. I and struggling to get it working with Zwift. Is it even possible?
I don't think I am able to do a firmware upgrade on this model.

Yes, i've had mine working in the past and the Zwift compatibility site lists it as working:

Thank you for your reply. I can connect to Zwift initially but then the connection drops.
