Rear derailleur

Hi All.
I can't adjust my rear derailleur, treid several times - no luck!
Ultegra chain and Shimano 105 R7000 all new.
Trainer Suito.
Eny proposals?

Hi Kent

If you're using a 11speed cassette?
If it is so, please contact your trusted mechanic to adjust it.
If not... you have to change cassette!
