Suito Elite - Zwift calibration

Hi guys,
I know that this topic has already seen a lot, but I never found the real answer. I just bought my Suito, and while switching to laptop (connection via Zwift Companion based on WiFi), calibration option popped up for me. I've read some passed forums topics, and a lot of people just like me were stuck and 37km speed mark (middle step inside the calibration proces), and never get passed it. It is a Suito's problem? Was it never corrected? Or downloading the Updato app and keeping our Suito up to date with updates is all we can really do? Or maybe this is more than enough and I should not be worried about calibration inside of Zwift?

Please use our my e-training app or software to calibrate the trainer.
We don't know if Zwift calibration supports Suito.

That’s really not the reply that I should expect from Elite “we don’t know if Zwift supports....”. An important part of your product offering is the connectivity with Zwift. Can you please find out together with Zwift what is happening because a lot of your customers have this problem with the calibration procedure on Zwift?

Unable to calibrate with e-training or Zwift app. Try with iphone / android / mac / pc .. any advice please?

we are using zwift ! We need to calibrate with zwift not with my e-training.

i have same problem.

it strongly looks like a bug. please release a patch to be able to calibrate

I got the same issue with new Elite Suito. Calibration with elite app on my iphone was succesful but not with the zwift.
Why we need that calibration possible? Looks like without calibration zwift shows slighty higher speed than indicated in garmin and elite app.
