Is the trainer calibration "connected" to the trainer (Suito)?

So, I managed to do the trainer calibration on my Suito. It took some effort, but I think I understand how to do it (software not clear and a little flaky). My question is whether or not the "Spindown" value is "connected" to the individual trainer? This would avoid having to repeat the calibration process, which isn't always simple, with every device and user that uses the trainer.
