Does this trainer work with Zwift?

So embarrassed to admit this but I am unsure whether my turbo trainer is a smart turbo trainer and if I can use it with zwift. Can someone help please.

How do I connect up to zwift? Or is it that I can't and I need to upgrade? Thanks

Dear, I found your post about the elite qubo digital.
Have you found a solution for this? I own this too and would like to connect it with zwift.

From what I have seen you can't connect to zwift or any app. Looks like you control it through a device.
