Beeping issue

My Etrainer(Elite Qubo, Power MAG) suddenly started to beep. it is now constantly beeping(every second). I removed the battery, it didn't help(I cannot understand where it gets the power to generate the beep). I replaced the battery, it didn't help. I started the trainer and pedaled for 10 minutes, it didn't help. Any ideas? text to speech 2021

If the beep appears even without the battery, the problem must be mechanic (maybe some squeaking noise that sound like a beep?)
