Hey ,
I have an elite direto, everything worked fine until now, but now I have no more climbing experience. How can I fix this? very frustrating. I have read that it may have to do with the imported tire circumference? which wheel circumference should I enter? now it is 173.

Select level mode in my e-training and pedal on it at constant speed.
Then, increase gradually the level. Do you feel the resistance change?
If not, please contact our customer care at myetraining@elite-it.com (the motor may be blocked and need to be unlocked it - easy operation - or maybe the electronic board has broken and in this case we will send a new board to you)
