Direto 2 cannot connect to anything, only 1 light on the device.

I can't seem to get a response out of customer support, so I'll post here.
I just bought a Direto 2 and set it up. I'm using an Android Pixel 2 phone, Windows computer, ANT+ and Zwift. All of this worked just fine last week on my other trainer. The Direto has 3 lights that are supposed to come on, when plugged in (power/bluetooth/ANT+) but only the bluetooth light comes on, on my trainer.
It does not show up in Zwift via bluetooth/ANT+ and it will not show up on Elite's own app on android OR windows via ANT+/Bluetooth.
What am I doing wrong? Is there some kind of factory reset switch or something I can try?
