Recently got a Direto X trainer and immediately tried hooking it up to Rouvy and Zwift. Immediately I noticed that when approaching a hill the resistance would become so difficult it was challenging to turn the cranks. Then it would get easy for a few seconds then hard again and this would repeat until I was on a flat or downhill.
After this I deleted Zwift and Rouvy from my Windows run PC and tried calibrating on My-E Training app. I was unable to calibrate, because it seems the speed does not get high enough. So on the My-E Training app I did the training test to see if I can get a read out of power, speed, etc. I was able to get the power up (above 300), cadence above 105, but the speed was only 2 or 3 mph.
Did I set this up wrong? Is it a faulty speed sensor? The Bluetooth seems to be connecting but maybe it is that? I'm at a loss as I've tried so many times but can not figure out the issue.
