Can't access paywall services

Hi all
I have a new Drivo which came with a 36 month subscription. I've downloaded the app onto Windows and Android and the couponm code has been accepted. I've tried on numerous occassions to access the Peadl Analysis and Real Vidoes without any success (continually asks me to pay). I've been in touch with Elite direct but am not really getting anywhere (uninstall and install but it doesn't make any difference). Does anyone know if the (36month) subscription coupon is actually designed to allow you to access these services for free? I'd assumed it was but I'm now starting to wonder? If it doesn't provide these services - what is it's purpose?
