Trainer noise level 89 db

Dear all!!
I am new in this field but I got an Elite Qubo Power Mag smart B+ for my MTB Scott SCALE 29. I am running with Maxxis tires and it can be loud. What would I expect if I change my tire for a trainer tire (Vittoria Zaffiro home pro) how would be the noise reduction? What is the normal sound level?
All the best
Victor

Hi Victor
The slicker the tire, the quieter the trainer.
But of course it's not possible to remove the noise, as it is due to the contact between the wheel and the roller.

Thanks a lot for the answer!!! It is cristal clear that the noise can’t be eliminated, however I got complains from three neighbours, so this is not normal. So for that matterI read in the brochure that is Elastogel roller reduces 50% the noise, so what would be the reference value in db?
Thanks
Victor

Dear Customer service, I did temporary measure, I changed my mtb tire for a road one and it worked beautifully, the change was huge. Now waiting this week for the zaffiro home trainer (Vittoria), to install it. Thank you for the answers. Victor

Dear Customer service, in order to close the question that I put on this forum and giving the upgrades I performed, so I got the Vittoria Zaffiro pro home tire and with the trainer Qubo powermag smart b, works to a noise level of 54 db which is a big reduction of about 35 db. So very much satisfied with this new outcome. Thanks for the support. The noise level measurement was performed with an Apple watch 5.

I have the same trouble but my trainer starts making noise once it gets hot about 15 minutes using IT. What could it be? Thank you.

I got complaints from three neighbors, so I was not surprised. In this book I read what is the value of the index in dB by 50% divided by the number of elastogels?
