Problem with Emite qubo

I everyone

My name is Manu, from Belgium.

I've got a Elite qubo I use during the winter, but I've some problems with it since a month.

I can not change the resistance anymore :-s

Did somebody have the same problem or do you have some idea to how resolve that problem?

I looked for informations in the user guide, but I find it's not practical and useful...

The cause of the issue may be due to a malfunctioning of the electronic board or a problem in the internal step motor.

I have the same problem with the elite drivo in its second use.
