Elite Muin Smart B+ - Cassette Advice

Hi
I have an 11 speed cassette on my turbo at the moment but want to change it to a ten speed. Any advice on how to do this and do I need some kind of spacer? If so, where can I get these spacers from?
Any help would be greatly received - complete novice to this!
