This is a general call and appeal.

Over the last few weeks (January -February 2021) I've been trying to contact Elite for support and have received no responses to 'emails' (via the web-page form) and PMs here to the Elite Admins. If any staff from Elite can read this, or if other forum members can recommend working contact methods can you please PM me? I'd be very grateful.

FYI: Found a method of contacting Elite support.

Call them on +39 049 594 0044 and practice your Italian Actually once you have navigated the phone options system the very polite gentleman I spoke with had far better English than my Italian. Option 1, option 2 was what I think I used.
