Pleading for help from Elite to resolving this issue.

Many customers are experiencing Power, resistance or EGR problems with their Suito, EUO and DRIVO trainers.

So far there is no fix for this problem.

My Support number with Elite is #105777

Elite wants the unit replaced under warrantee at my cost of shipping.

I am pending Elite response since I don't feel the consumer should be paying to replace a fault product or manufacture defect. Whatever the problem is its impacting many customers.

Hi, I was riding via Rouvy and when I hit grades of plus 8-9% in the last 7 miles of a challenge race, switching into easiest gears did not for me. It was like riding 20 miles and then doing leg presses at 500 lb. resistance for last 7 miles.

Rouvy suggest I check my calibration etc. is there anyone at Elite that can help me?
Is my suito set at too heavy a setting?

Not doing any more serious mountain until I get this fixed.

Same problem here. I have a Direto XRT. Bought it not even three month ago. I've been using the my-e-training app and everything work well until today. The resistance is super high and the trainer does not respond to any changes (e.g. setting the resistance to 20W in the power mode). What's the best way to reach the support? (I emailed them thought the "contact us" page.)

By now, after reading your new replies and tinkering with the run 3 game by I feel I have a basic understanding of how it works. Looking forward to experiment more to see how I can make it all work.Thanks a bunch to all of you!
