i don't know if it's only for me, but i don't have success trying to open a ticket on
https://support.elite-it.com/it
When a i try to send the ticket, i obtain this error (in italian): "Il servizio di assistenza al momento risulta non disponibile. Ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente."
Someone knows if i can use a mail instead, and what email ? I have already used info@elite-it.com, but had no response from there.

From the message it seems to be a temporary problem. Maybe you can try again tomorrow.
Else the mail you used is correct and they usually reply within 1 or 2 days. At least that's my experience.

Ok, i think i have discovered the problem.
In my ticket i attached the file with the diagnostic log (that i obtained with MyEtraining). With this attachment, the ticket was rejected.
Now, i've tried without the attachment, and the ticket has been accepted.
