Elite Zumo Resistance Issues

Not sure if this is the right place for this. Having not used the turbo since April/May I’ve dug it out to use today. I checked that it was up to date and calibrated. The turbo was working fine for about 3miles on Zwift and then the resistance kicked in which I can’t seem to turn off. I’m struggling to even get the turbo up to speed to do a spin-down calibration! I’m at a loss as what to do next!!

Hi did anything you do help as I’ve got the same issue and nobody seems to responds. I’ve also got the zumo which elite seem to act as doesn’t exist. I can do the calibration but can’t get the resistance to go away so can a only pedal for about 5 seconds before I barely can pedal then it repeats and repeats until I give up
