Subscription renewal - paying with mastercard?

Hello.
Subscription renewal ... so it expires on November 10th. When I press RENEW SUBSCRIPTION it only offers me payment via Paypal. Is there a possibility to pay with a mastercard?

You can also pay with your credit card (you should see both the options)

Sorry, but system offers me just paying with Paypal. Send me a link.
