Constant Beeping Elite Direto ????

Hi
Can anyone help??
Got my new Elite Direto today and gave it a little try. Is it normal that it keeps constantly beeping??? I'm aware it make a sound on initial start up when the power is turned on but I don't think it's right that it keeps beeping during a ride???
Am I missing something?

Hi
the sound you hear is the internal step motor that adjusts the resistance of the trainer. It does this adjustments during all the training.
In the normal usage of the trainer (so at normal speed), the sound should be merely noticeably as the noise of the chain is higher.

I confirm you that it is normal.
If you pedal at normal speed, the noise should be merely noticeable (the chain nois whould be higher).
If it is not so, please write to our customer care at
real@elite-it.com adding a short video or record, so we can evaluate the sound level.
