Direto X not adjusting resistance

Hi there, I have a direto x that is all of a sudden not adjusting resistance on zwift. I went on the elite e-trainer app and went into level mode to adjust the resistance from 1-16 with no change in resistance whatsoever. I checked the internal motor and it is working. I had the trainer unplugged and when I plugged in the trainer the motor moved with no issue. Everything else with the trainer works fine, its just the resistance is not adjusting. Any ideas or recommendation on what the issue may be?

It may be a problem on the electronic circuit board.
