Problem with suito-T (not power, not speed, not cadence)

The connection with the app via bluetoth is correct, I can even update the trainer without problems to the latest firmware version available 196. The trainer does not know why it does not send the cadence, power and speed data to the app, although it links without problems , using the two Ant+ or bluetooth protocols. I have tried with app my-elite training, with zwift and with my garmin edge 820, and I don't get the speed, cadence and power data. Do you know what can happen?
