Hi.
When, after a few/dozen hours after turning off the fan, there is a problem with turning it on again by pressing the ON/OFF button. You need to unplug the 230V plug for a few seconds. The firmware in my Aria has been updated to version 13. Do you also have such problems?

Yes, I am facing same with version 13. I need to AC plug off once every night for daily training, so I'm frustrated so much. I strongly request Elite team to solve this issue ASAP.

Same problem here - when it works, it works well. Very annoying, still considering to return the device.

Same with my aria. ON/OFF Button does not work after a few hours turned off.
Looks like the App is able to turn it on via BLE.
Dear Elite Team , is there anything we can do to overcome the problem?
If something on the hardware has to be fixed, I can do it. We produce PCBs and electronics too. But I need to know what to fix.

Same issue here with version 13subway surfers ON/OFF button becomes unresponsive after a few hours, and the only way to get it back is by unplugging the power cable for a bit. Really annoying, especially since everything works fine once it's on. BLE workaround sounds interesting—anyone had consistent success turning it on that way? Would love to avoid unplugging it daily.

Wacky Flip Have you tried contacting the technical department or manufacturer to report the error and get specific instructions? What if this is a software error caused by the new firmware and should be fixed in the next update?
