Adjust gears but can’t turn by hand (too hard)

I have a Suito. After installing the bike, the gears make a lot of noise and need to be readjusted. But I cannot adjust the gears because turning the pedals is way too hard by hand. How can I change the resistance so that turning the wheels is easier?

That is the same problem I have and many virtual training programs. Before the program starts or once the program (or training session) stops the resistance of the Suito increases way too much preventing a proper warum-up and cooldown.

I saw the “stand alone “ setting in the app but it is unavailable. This is very frustrating.
