Realaxiom ant+ firmware upgrade possibility

I have a realaxiom trainer I want to use with zwift.
At the moment zwift doesnt recognize the trainer, does the ant firmware need to be upgraded?

I'm sorry, your trainer cannot be upgraded.
But Zwift should also support the RealAxiom ant. Please contact their customer care to confirm.
