unable to calibrate though able to see power meter numbers

yesterday i try to use it for the first time via the Elite E training app and got stuck at the calibration/detection for the power meter

i need help in calibrating the power meter.

it seem like i am unable to calibrate the power meter. when comes to the power meter connection or calibration mode, the app advises me to keep pedalling. i been pedalling for 3 mins yet the system still keep telling me to keep pedalling. when i skip next to this, i able to detect my garmin heart sensor.
then i go ahead to see the training, i can pedal and see power meter / cadence and heart rate but the trainer cant change the resistance for me

kindly advise me how to do about it.

When the green tick appears on the trainer code, you have to select next.
