Hi. I have the quip power mag trainer
Can you please tell me what is the difference mounting the device on the base on the 30 or 45 degrees bolt holes ?

30 and 45 are referred to the roller dimension.
So, in your case you have to follow the instructions related to 30mm roller to find out the correct bolt holes.
