Arion digital speed sensor fault

I’m am having a problem with my rollers, the speed constantly fluctuates when at a steady pace ie jumps up and down 18, 12, 16 mph. It is doing it with the head unit and was doing it with the app on iPad but as you now need to subscribe to use any of functions I am not doing so if it’s no working.
