Zumo Power/Pedalling Problem

I have a Zumo and happy to have it to get on Bkool. Recently the Upgrado app was released and it upgraded the other day. Now this evening I started on it and it suddenly got harder, prior to doing Bkool session, so I'm riding in the 25 cog and putting out 250watts which is incredible as I'd usually be doing about 80 pedalling EASY yet it's massively hard ?

Can anyone especially ELITE shed light on this ?

I have a Zumo and often when I start the resistance is too high. Using either Zwift or the Elite iOS app I have to pedal very hard to get only 40 watts. If I stop I hear some sounds from the trainer, and after 2 or 3 complete stops the resistance gets back to normal (average pedaling = 120 to 160 watts).

I have tried using Upgrado and it says my firmware is up to date (firmware 168, Hardware Revision 1).

I'm experiencing the same problem with Zwift - it's now virtually impossible to use as the resistance is too high.

No reply as yet from Elite with regards a possible fix.

Hi guys

Sorry for late reply.
We are not aware of a problem like this with Zwift.
If you use my e-training do you have the same issue? Give it a try (level mode is available even without subscription).
If the problem appears also with my e-training, contact our support to check if there's a problem with the trainer:
