Dropped Heart Rate

Hi
I broadcast HR from my Garmin F55 to the Nero rollers and the HR always drops out at between 60-150s into the ride whether I’m using My Elite Training app or Kinomap. Picture attached. It happens every time now. Last year it was 50% of the time.
I checked Upgrado and I don’t need an update and my watch always broadcasts with no problems when using Peloton equipment. So it seems like something is up with the trainer.
