No connection

Hi, I have the misuro b+, novo elite 8 and have set up but it’s not recording after the initial connection. To connect I’m having to jump off the bike and then once back on no data.
I don’t think it’s connecting as it’s doing the same with Zwift ie no data once I start pedaling.

Please help.

Check:
- battery level of the misuro
- number of flashes set in the misuro
- position of the misuro on the trainer (orientation is important)
- configuration in the app

If still the problem persists, contact the customer care adding all the information above

How many flashes for an Elite Novo 8?
It’s brand new and set close to the magnet.
Customer care - I can’t find the details / links don’t work.

The Misuro cannot be used with interactive trainers such as the Qubo Digital Smart B +. pay my doctor is already transmitted from the Saluti trainer card
