Activating the eTraining App

Hi there
I have entered the 36 month coupon code when I set up eTraining and was informed that I would recieve an email confirmation. Nothing has come through. Additionally when I select Pedal Analysis or Real video I'm asked to make a purchase. I thought all this was part of the 36 month free offer. Please can you confirm if the coupon code i have entered should provide these as part of the subscription and if so how do I get it to work without making further in-app purchases?

My mac crashed on the first click on trying the turbo and i lost user name and password .Also the coupon for 36 months disappeared not happy. The App only has recovery for password not very good.

All fixed , tried another mac . Keypad was playing up used another machine. Back on the 36 month training software.
