!2 month free coupon code does not work

I have juat purchased a turbo muin smart B+ and include was 12 month free subscription to the my e-training app. The code that was supplied does not work, please advise

I had the same problem, with zumo, bought 21st March. I contacted customer support. But as at Monday 23rd have heard nothing.
Looking at other posts, it seems to be a common problem?!. I paid £17.99 to get going so I asked for it to be refunded.
I'll give them a few more days to respond and will post again with the response — or lack of it.
